These terms apply to your use of the whitesec.one website. They do not cover use of the Whitesec One application, which is governed by the customer agreement signed with Whitesec ID or Whitesec AU.
Using the website
- Use the website lawfully and only for its purpose: learning about Whitesec One and contacting us.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it, or test their security without our written permission.
- Do not send unsolicited commercial messages through our contact channels or scrape the website systematically.
Content
The text, design, logos and illustrations on this website belong to PT Topi Putih Siberindo or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation of Whitesec One. Sample records shown on the website are illustrations, not customer data.
Information here is general and is not legal, audit or certification advice. Certification decisions are made by accredited certification bodies and service auditors, not by Whitesec One.
Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
For visitors in Australia and New Zealand these terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. For everyone else they are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
